Open, source-auditable bioinformatics
Terpedia Research connects genomic potential, transcriptomic response, protein function, and metabolite chemistry through reproducible computational studies.

We build focused research projects with explicit questions, versioned data, runnable notebooks, and white papers that distinguish observed results from predictions and hypotheses. Projects are organized by the biological data they analyze; cross-domain studies can appear in more than one domain.
01 / Omics map
Genes, genomes, biosynthetic capacity, variation, and evolutionary context.
02RNA-seq, single-cell profiles, perturbations, and context-dependent response.
03Protein function, interaction evidence, target hypotheses, and structural analysis.
04Compound identity, abundance, chemical profiles, and pathway-level interpretation.

Research standard
Each research project gets its own terputer-* repository with a project README, environment specification, source and data manifest, executable Jupyter notebook, and versioned white paper. The notebook records the analysis; the paper explains the question, methods, results, limits, and next steps.
Terputer is the shared platform. Individual study repositories keep their data lineage, code, analysis, and claims independently reviewable.

Data and methods are being analyzed; results may be exploratory.
Workflow or computational method is being built and evaluated.
Existing studies are reviewed; this is distinct from new experimental data.
Domain is part of the roadmap but has no active, validated study yet.
A repository, notebook, or model output does not by itself establish biological validation. Each paper should state data provenance, software versions, limitations, and evidence class.
